Oral contraceptives (OCs)

 Diane OC is an anti androgens used to control severe acne in young girls. The elements contained by this pills are Cyproterone acetate (CPA) a 2 mg. dose combined with 50 micro g. of ethinyl estradiol. This kind of acne medicine has to be prescribed by your doctor / gynecologist.
As an observation remark: a low dosage of CPA (25 mg.) has had very positive success in treating males with acne. 

 Dianette

 Women who have acne and aren't responding to other acne medical treatments can be administered this acne medicine as the success rates are quite good. The dosage used is 35 micro g. of ethinyl estradiol and 2 mg. of Cyproterone acetate. 

 Gracial

 The preparation contains ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel in a relatively estrogenic stage in the first 7 days of the pill cycle. It is then followed by a progestogenic stage that takes 15 days that means for the rest of girls' period. There are a number of studies that have also shown this acne medicine to have good effects on simple to moderate acne women patients.

 Isotretinoin

  Analysis have demonstrated the use of Isotretinoin as an acne medicine that helps to treat acneic skin in a more positive way than Diane oral contraceptive. Its' benefits can be seen on moderate and severe acne condition or, when there aren't any anti-androgens available. This acne medication is known as a sebum reducer.
